The Gremlins. Roald Dahl. New York, Random House, 1943.

This is a FIRST edition from 1943 without dust jacket. The book is in very good condition having clean interior pages ,complete color plates and black and white drawings. The cover of the book has the original cloth spine and red pictorial boards. The edges and corners of the cover have wear and the back of the cover has some loss of color through rubbing. The front cover has a little bubbling -not affecting the drawing at all. Inside the pictorial end papers show some bubbling (as if the paper has come away from the boards - this is not water damage). The book is from the Walt Disney production. The story is by the famed author Roald Dahl, who was in the Royal Air Force.
