Fourteenth Biennial Report of the State Engineer to the Governor of Colorado for the Years 1907 and 1908. Part II Consisting of Maps and Bridge Drawings. Denver, 1909. Original cloth binding. Devoted entirely to 14 large folding maps and plans. Two general maps of Colorado (each about 34 x 31 ins.): one shows irrigation divisions and water districts, the other "Disposition of Internal Improvement Fund 1886-1908." Also, the Santa Fe Trail monuments (pictured). Also five maps of Arkansas River divisions, two of South Platte River divisions. All on moderately heavy semi-transparent paper with some colored ink. Cloth case nearly fine. Maps as new. $275.00

With 400 illustrations from photographs or artist renderings. Birdseye views, busy street scenes, rapid transit tunnels and much more. This view is the Woolworth Building which was under construction as the world's tallest building. Statistics about buildings, square feet, ownership, construction details and date, cost, etc. From the Waldorf Astoria and Grand Central Station to the shipping company sheds on the waterfront. Covers worn but no marks or interior damage. Handled with care it might survive another century! $225.00

Remarkable network of railroads and ocean-going steamships. Map almost new condition. Crisp, clean and colors bright. Still attached to the very worn but complete wrapper. $300.00
