274 pp. Signed and inscribed by Audie Murphy. The story of his WWII
experience and the heroic actions for which he was awarded the Medal of
Honor. Made into a movie in 1951, in which Audie starred, and he went on to
become a movie star and song writer. The inscription is to Paul & Besa
Short, who were instrumental in his movie career.
Condition: Very Good Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good -.
Details: Black boards with red cloth spine. Minor edge wear. Crisp and clean
interior with tanned pages. Forward page edge has small spot. Dust jacket
has price intact with chipping loss to top of spine and a little at spine
bottom. Corners and flap folds have some loss. Edges have some light
creasing. Some light rubbing shows. Now in protective cover.
